Mrs. Jackie's Daycare are At-Will employees on an At-Will basis. Employment At-Will means that the employment relationship can be terminated including but not limited too; defiant of authority, disobedient to orders, having an insubordinate attitude will cause you to be terminated with no exceptions!!

This Shift wavier form is to be fill out if you have unusual schedule likes 12-hour shift or any shift that is not 7 to 3, 3 to 11 or 11 to 7 (anything outside of these shifts) please fill out this form if you want a cheaper price. we will try our best to accommodate your work schedule but cannot guarantee it. If we cannot match you up with another family, you will have to pay what the double shift cost. all shifts have to be paid for to cover the overhead thank you for understanding.
